Global insurance company

Global insurance company based in Minster Court, London were looking to move due to space constraints on their current 7th floor. The loss of the London skyline views with a move to the larger first floor allowed our client the breathing space that they needed to expand their European work as well as introduce elements, such as a feature broker bar and staff breakout. What they lost in terms of a view they gained regarding their new interior.

We challenged them on such things as their office culture, office planting and during the staff consultation phase we also prototyped brave concepts that explored style, type and finishes of the workstations as well as overall finishes. Our brand consultant also helped develop a bespoke signage system unique to their brand which continued with the office manifestation - remaining true to the original concept and vision - which was one of nature and natural occurrences, (a common theme in the world of insurers). All the chosen finishes and design hung from this idea. The end result is one where you walk in and feel you’re not in your typical office space, more an exclusive hotel.
