“It is a truth universally acknowledged that a man in possession of good fortune, must be in want of sheep…”

The vicissitudes of the workplace in 2020 have seen us supporting our clients with ‘Covid’ ready offices and in the spaces left between (pun intended), the team at Burtt-Jones & Brewer have been diversifying by undertaking a variety of personal projects. There has been music making, martial arts teaching, online and in glorious kickboxing reality. There has been mask making, artwork scribbling, self publishing, urn design (yes, really), cycling initiatives and possibly a magic bike to break the sound barrier, or even fast enough to turn time... There has been home schooling, speed walking, slow walking, dog walking, wild swimming, kitchen building and Zoom.

There is also a fine structure being built that may be a henge… eventually, possibly providing the first official cult status in Bristol, which will be ‘Gert Lush’ oh, and sheep. Sheep? Indeed! 2 sheep or not 2 sheep, that is the question and the answer is possibly the result of a midnight flit resulting in the said quadrupeds appearing in a garden in… yes, you guessed it, Wales. A boon or a liability? Either way, it could be said that lawn mowers and jumpers will never again be needed by the lucky recipient. Reader, we have been busy and though we are few, we are mighty!
